Phil the Grill has created a food truck name Sammitch, where he became the local favorite serving his championship barbeque and other fun variety of sammitches. Sammitch was named the “Top 10 food truck in AZ”. Phil the Grill wanted to find a way to serve nationwide and reach out to a larger audience. So he built his newest creation called “Chariots of Fire”. Phil the Grill uses Chariots of Fire to compete nationwide as well as serve his championship barbeque at large sporting events and state fairs. Phil the Grill is not your average barbeque food truck. He is putting a twist with mixing comfort foods and barbeque together and the crowds love it. He’s best known for his St. Louis-style pork ribs and Philly crack wings, which are smoked chicken wings that are flash-fried and tossed with Johnson’s rub blend and best BBQ sauce.
