FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Abu Dhabi, July 16, 2018 – Refugee groups that are protected and aided by the famous Red Crescent Group in Jordan will now be beneficiaries of a university education system, all because of the generous funding made available by the Khaled Al Badie Group for this purpose. While the initiative is being supported by quite a number of philanthropists like Bryan Wood and Yvelines, who are the co-founders of UniRef, the majority of the financial aid necessary for executing such an education plan for refugees is being provided by none other than Mr. Khaled Al Badie, a well-known Emirati businessman and the CEO of the Khaled Al Badie Group.

The funding for the University education initiative for refugees in Jordan who are under the care of the Red Crescent will be disbursed to international actors that are involved in humanitarian operations in Jordan like Isra University, the Red Crescent and Uni-Ref. It will then be channeled by them to implement a formal university-based mode of learning for the refugees.
